The price of accommodation includes breakfast served in the form of a buffet, with the option of breakfast room service for a fee of 150 CZK/room. The listed prices include VAT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client cancels or changes their reservation up to 3 days before the date of the arrival, they will not be charged any fee.
If a client cancels or changes their reservation late or they do not arrive in the guesthouse, they will be charged the reservation price in full, i.e. 100 %.

Podle zákona o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online; v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin.
